ABOUT
Deborah Frank is a practicing artist living in West Essex, England. Currently completing a BA in contemporary portraiture, at The Art Academy London, she works primarily in oil paints but also enjoys exploring concepts through multimedia, steel, clay, and print. Having had a love for drawing and photography from a young age, a lot of her work begins from documentational responses to her surroundings, where she narrates the figure in landscape. Having exhibited with the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, her work has been curated by Mall Galleries, alongside other award winning artists. Most recently, Deborah has been awarded winner of the wildcard, Sky Landscape Artist of the Year 2026 for her “brave” “painterly approach”.
Deborah takes regular commissions alongside her studio practice. She has engaged with community projects, art workshops, Pantomime and film production.
