SLEEP CYCLE
Captivated by Dulacs dream escape in the Story of the Bird Feng, I examine the human sleep cycle and how dreams are projected from the unconscious. In both reality and the tale, dreams are intangible and obscure. I repsond to this through three materials, videotography, oil paint and wood block carving. In this place, between waking and sleeping, my arm reaches for the light.
